The Festival is an open event for aircraft owners, all interested pilots of airplanes, gliders and balloons, parachutists, powered glider and paraglider pilots and aircraft modellers. We welcome representatives of local flying clubs and flying schools. The basic criteria for entry are:

	Entry fee is or 25 EURO per person when payed 15th of July but not later than 26th of July
	Arrival on July 31st 2009 till 7 pm
	Accept the programme of the Rally active participating in it
	Good mood, a desire to take part in aviation, social and tourist event in the Land of Thousand Lakes - the candidate to 7 wonders
